Harbour Seal
Bagged Milk was rescued with a severely damaged eye that required surgical removal by our veterinary team. She has healed wonderfully and is now on track to return to the ocean in the coming months!
Canadian Bacon
Harbour Seal
Canadian Bacon was found alone and underweight on a remote beach on Bowen Island. Thanks to the quick response and support of the Vancouver Police Department’s Marine Unit, who brought our team to the island by boat, she was safely rescued and brought to our centre to begin her rehabilitation.
Puck
Harbour Seal
Puck has captivated the hearts of staff and volunteers. Weighing just over 6kg when he was rescued, Puck was covered in lanugo fur and still fully attached to his placenta.
